Refund and Returns Policy

• Condition: Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging with tags.
• Timeline: Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery (verified via tracking).
• Exclusions: Returns not accepted for clearance items, customized products, or items marked “Non-Returnable.”
• Approval Required: All returns must be approved by ModiFurn before the item is shipped back.

How to Initiate a Return

• Once approved, securely repackage the item in its original packaging.

Note: Customers are responsible for all shipping fees, including both outbound and return shipping costs, unless the item is damaged.
